1. How do I become a member?
   If you are not currently a member of Shop Western Oregon, click the 'Join Now' link at the top of each page. Once you have filled out your information click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page. You should receive an email at the address you provided with a unique confirmation link in it.
   
   Click on the confirmation link provided in the email. Your membership will not activate until you have clicked on the link included in the Member Confirmation email. (This ensures that you are the one who filled out the form and wish to join Shop Western Oregon.)
2. I didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
   Your Internet service provider or email program may have a strong SPAM filter in place. Check your junk mail or SPAM folder if you have not received the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your information.
   
   If the confirmation email is not in your SPAM or junk mail folders, please contact our Customer Service Department at (541) 485-5611.
